Notification

As per directions from Department of Environment & Forests, Govt. of NCT of Delhi Ref. F.No.10(39)/ENV/2021/4941-4970 dated 13th November 2021, the Delhi Public School R.K.Puram, East of Kailash and Vasant Vihar shall be closed with immediate effect till Saturday, 20th November 2021. 

However, online classes will continue for all the classes Nursery to IX and XI. Doubt clearing online classes for Classes X and XII will also continue.

For Class XII, the offline test series, which was scheduled to start from Monday, 15th November, 2021 will now be held as Online Test Series starting from Tuesday, 16th November 2021 onwards. 

The Offline Test scheduled for Monday, 15th November, 2021 for Class X will now be held on Monday, 15th November 2021 in the Online Mode between 4:40 pm and 6:30 pm (Reading Time: 4:40 pm – 5:00 pm).

On Monday, 15th November, 2021, regular online classes will be held and it will be compulsory for all the students of Class X and XII to attend. All the necessary guidelines with regard to conduct of forthcoming board exams will be discussed.

New schedule will be announced soon for 

  • all the offline Practical Exams of Class XII.
  • distribution of Admit cards of Classes X and XII.

Topic: बाल दिवस CHILDREN’S DAY

Children have constantly inspired, entertained and motivated us.On November 12th, class VIII-G took the opportunity to pay their respect to Chacha Nehru, who had given his utmost contribution in shaping the country . The class presentation commenced with a shloka recited by Maahira Sharma. Aarna Gulati and Ananya Singh introduced the topic. Vaishnavi Singal recited a beautiful prayer, after which Samaira Sehgal, Ipsita Mahajan, Maahira Sharma, Gayatri Bidhuri Arav Dahiya Manya Chandna and Rajasi Bidhuri presented a short play on Children’s day.Ananya Singh gave a speech and Anaya Vij recited a self-composed poem on the same.Aarna concluded the presentation. Powerpoint presentation was made by Maahira Sharma. The eye-catching E-Invite was designed by Anaya Vij.

Topic :  Don’t kill, conquer the evil in you.

To quote Pliny the Elder, “There is, to be sure, no evil without something good.” The tenets of our society, for aeons, have been the good and the evil, and the two have been interpreted as diametrically opposed ideologies. But with the evolution of thought and philosophy and ethics and morality, the human race must begin to question its rendition of the absolutism of what’s good and what’s evil. To eschew philosophical jargon, in contemporary times there is no good without evil, and conversely, no evil without good. As the symbol of Yin and Yang aptly depicts, both of them, instead of being the two contrasting shades of human nature, are in fact quite complementary colours which embellish the canvas of life and lend it some significance. There is, invariably, as the ancient symbol illustrates, a little bad in every good, and a little good in every bad. One emerges victorious in life when one establishes such a balance, because only then can one obtain harmony between the Ram and the Ravana within oneself.
