The morning of 28 November 2025 witnessed a thoughtful and inspiring assembly presented by the students of Classes XI-P and XI-Q on the theme “Echoes of Glory.” The assembly beautifully highlighted timeless values, heroic deeds, and the enduring spirit of excellence that continues to guide young minds.
The assembly commenced with a serene and melodious Morning Prayer rendered by Ronil Gupta, Vaibhav Majumdar, Shobhit Bothra, Prithvi Basoya, Vanya Mehta, Amaira Arora, Ahaan Sadh, Diljot Singh, Dakshbeer Singh Kukreja, Siddhant, Abreeq Hussain, Aarav Ahluwalia, Adyan Yoosuf, Shaurya Bajaj, Sivkan, and Shivansh Garg. Their collective voices created a calm and reflective ambience for the day.
This was followed by a graceful Choir Presentation by Mishka K. Taneja, Amaira Arora, Vanya Mehta, Myra Mehta, Kshirja Rastogi, Aarav Ahluwalia, Shaurya Bajaj, Adyan Yoosuf, Aanya, Tanmay Chhabra, Aryaveer Gianchand, Sivkan, Harshil, and Divyam Mehta. Their harmonious performance added depth and beauty to the theme of the morning. A powerful and engaging Skit was then performed by Arjun, Ronil Gupta, Shaurya Bidhuri, Shazan Ali Khan, Taskirat Singh Bijl, Anvi Aggarwal, Mrinank Dey, Arhaan Gupta, and Priyanshi Sajwan. The skit effectively depicted the idea that true glory lies not in accolades but in courage, integrity, and meaningful actions. Their expressive dialogue, confidence, and seamless coordination left a lasting impression on the audience.
The stage was ably anchored by the poised comperes – Tiara Rose Gera, Ayaan Raj, Ashi, Priyansh Chandnani, Divyansh J. P., Joel Kurian, Kashvi Dhingra, Vrinda Grover, Priyanshi Sajwan, Itika Aggarwal, and Aanya. They maintained an engaging and coherent flow throughout the programme. The News Headlines offered a crisp and informative roundup of national, international, sports, and school events, presented by Aditya Goenka, Harshit Bhalla, Mrinank Dey, and Sanjoilee Gupta.
The Thought for the Day was shared by Itika Aggarwal, Vrinda Grover, Aadhi, and Kashvi Dhingra, encouraging students to reflect on how noble deeds, values, and positive actions continue to resonate long after they are performed—beautifully reinforcing the morning’s theme. Adding to the visual appeal of the event, the Board and Invite were artistically prepared by Ashi, Reyansh Wadhwa, Kshirja Rastogi, Priyansh Chandnani, Amaira Arora, and Vanya Mehta. The digital presentation was meticulously designed by Aditya Bareja, Vitabhav Garg, Vir Ansh Vats, Adhiraj Batra, and Kashvi Aggarwal. Their creativity significantly enhanced the presentation.
The assembly also featured a graceful Dance Performance by Tiara Rose Gera, Itika Aggarwal, Avni Aggarwal, Prisha, and Sanjoilee Gupta, and a soulful Shiv Stuti presented by Purvi Vashist, adding aesthetic and spiritual depth to the programme. The assembly concluded with heartfelt words of appreciation for the exemplary efforts, enthusiasm, and teamwork demonstrated by the students of XI-P and XI-Q. TOPIC: “SANSKRITIK PARAMPARA: HONOURING OUR RICH CULTURAL HERITAGE BY EMBRACING THE TRADITIONAL ARTS AND PRACTICES THAT SHAPE OUR IDENTITY”
The combined assembly presented by Classes VIG and VIH on 27 November 2025 centred on the theme “November Mela – Threads of Tradition”, an exploration of India’s rich textile traditions designed to help students appreciate diverse weaving styles from different states. Guided by class teachers Ms Kanika Chamoli and Ms Rabia Sharma, along with class representatives Bhargavi Kumari and Nupoor Sethi, students from both sections worked collaboratively to create a vibrant and meaningful presentation.
The morning prayer was rendered by a large group of students from both classes, including Nirvaan, Samiksha, Vedhanshi, Sakshar, Navya, Aarna, Hari, Aahuti, Kabir, Kavish, Aditya, Ahaan, Arsheen, Avyan, Riaan, Ammar, Reyaansh, Ruhani, Vivaan and Rishank, setting a calm and reverent tone for the assembly. The play segment brought together performers such as Dipansh, Advita, Arki, Gauri, Avner, Hriday, Parth, Daksh, Hunar, Alvina, Annanya, Nitanaya, Kyrah, Manvay, Vishantak, Shenaira, Osman, Addhyan, Omar and Saina who collectively portrayed stories and cultural narratives connected to traditional Indian fabrics and weaving practices.
Dance performances by Medhasvi, Nyeishhia, Saanvi, Vanshika, Gaurika, Aashvi Bansal, Aashvi Kapoor, Anhad, Adhaysha, Naaz, Pranika, Vritti and Rudrakshi added elegance and artistic depth, while the choir and group songs—sung by Nirvaan, Navya, Vedhanshi, Ammar, Vivaan, Kabir, Kavish, Kishlay, Riaan, Reyaansh, Aarna, Varin, Ruhani, Avyan, Aahuti and Arsheen enhanced the atmosphere with melody and enthusiasm. News reading was confidently presented by Ishaan, Amaya, Annanya and Anvesha. A self-written poem was presented by Leela, supported by the thought for the day by Utkarsh.
The visual and digital components of the assembly were creatively handled by Audvik, Anvi, Abhipriya, Medhasvi, Gaurika, Naira, Saina, Pranika, Jainesh, Naaz, Ruhani and Nandika, who prepared the folders, invitations, boards and digital displays that complemented the theme. The entire event was organised under the coordination of assembly in-charges Ms Kaveri and Ms Bharti Shukla, with music arranged by Mr Suman and Mr Sothingam, dance supervised by Mr Daniel and Ms Anamika, and instruments supported by Mr Salim and Mr Kuldeep. Together, both classes delivered a cohesive, culturally rich and thoughtfully planned assembly that highlighted India’s textile traditions while offering students a valuable platform for creativity, collaboration and expression.

The students of Class VI of Delhi Public School, R.K. Puram enthusiastically participated in an activity titled “Call to Earth Day” during the break time to spread awareness about the importance of protecting the environment on the 6th of November. They prepared a vibrant and creative display board featuring initiatives such as Waste to Wonder Recycling Activity, Green Pledge and Plantation Drive, and Eco Craft and Reuse. The use of recycled materials and thoughtful messages reflected their creativity and concern for nature.
The students also sang a melodious song on “Paryavaran” (Environment), which impressed the Principal, Vice Principal, and teachers who attended the presentation.
The activity was coordinated by Ms. Aastha Malik, Ms. Srishti Sahrawat, and Ms. Deeksha Gupta and initiated by Ms.Sohini Chakravarty.It successfully inspired everyone to contribute towards a greener and cleaner planet.
From the 7th of August to 19th of September 2025, students of DPS R.K.Puram participated in the Tsunami United Online Webinar series. It was organised by the Indian Ocean Information Centre Jakarta. Five students and two teachers participated in the online sessions. It included research and numerous innovative activities.Participating in the Tsunami United 25 sessions was an insightful and transformative learning experience. The programme not only deepened understanding of tsunamis and disaster preparedness but also encouraged creativity, collaboration, and critical thinking. The activities, such as designing infographics on tsunami awareness and conducting a social media campaign, allowed participants to explore innovative ways to communicate vital information to the public around the world. Through these hands-on exercises, they learned how visual storytelling and digital engagement can play a crucial role in spreading awareness and promoting safety within communities.
The sessions were highly interactive, combining expert insights with practical activities that kept everyone motivated and involved. Working in teams helped them develop leadership and communication skills while appreciating the value of teamwork in achieving common goals. Moreover, the campaign component gave them firsthand experience in advocacy and digital outreach, which strengthened their confidence and creativity.Overall, Tsunami United 25 was a well-structured, meaningful initiative that empowered participants to become ambassadors of disaster resilience. We are grateful for the opportunity to take part in such an impactful program that blends knowledge, creativity, and community engagement to build a safer and more informed society.

The annual Inter-School Commerce Festival, ComAstitva 2025, was held on 15 November 2025, at Delhi Public R.K. Puram. The event was organised by the collaborative efforts of the Commerce and Economics Departments. The festival featured both online and offline competitions, designed to inspire young minds and foster creative thinking. Students from 15 schools across Delhi/ NCR showcased their entrepreneurial skills and business acumen through the variety of competitions organised during the festival.
ComAstitva provided students with an opportunity to hone their business acumen by engaging Commerce and Economics students of Classes XI and XII in a series of challenging competitions, enabling them to gain deeper insights into the world of commerce. The events of the fest served as a vibrant showcase of creativity, strategic thinking and entrepreneurial spirit, offering participants an ideal platform to apply their knowledge in real-world scenarios.

Creativity and economics were combined in this event as students were instructed to draw caricatures depicting and explaining an economics concept. THE BIG PICTURE
This was a video podcast competition in which students talked about the leadership strategies, tactics and principles of Chanakya Niti and how they can be applied to modern businesses. It was judged by Mr. Puneet Arora and Dr. Nisha Bamel.
COMIC COINS
In this competition, participants chose from a variety of thought provoking topics and illustrated them in humorous and creative ways by creating their own comic strips. The event was judged by Ms. Neeti Banga.
DEBIT DUETS AND CREDIT CHORUS – THE ACCOUNTING JINGLE JAM
Music met accounting as students performed their own original jingles, explaining the differences between debit and credit through clever lyricism. The performances were judged by Professor Ritu Sarpa.
LENS AND LINES
This was a visual storytelling competition judged by Dr. Sonal Babbar. In this, participants captured the social element of the business environment through visual storytelling. By compiling original photographs into montages, students explored how enterprises impact communities, lifestyles and human connections.
COMMERCE CANVAS
This was a business competition in which aspiring and budding business enthusiasts were invited to create a poster that explained a business concept or phenomenon in a creative, engaging and informative way. The competition was judged by Dr. Shruti Mathur.

This event transformed the fest into a bustling virtual business universe, where participants built thriving enterprises from scratch, demonstrating creativity, strategy and entrepreneurial flair. It was judged by Dr Monika Bansal, Dr. Tarunika Jain Agarwal and Dr. Anisha.
Together, these events celebrated innovation, critical thinking and the spirit of competition, making the fest truly unforgettable.
The Valedictory Ceremony began with the lighting of the ceremonial lamp by the honoured guests: Ms. Stephanie Orfila – Attachée for Cooperation in Education at the Institut Français, Embassy of France in India; Mr. Sanjeev Bikhchandani – founder of Info Edge India Ltd; Dr. Rajram Yadav – the Deputy General Manager at the Delhi Metro and Guest Faculty at the Central Translation Bureau; Ms. Gaurie Dwivedi – journalist, author and classical dancer; along with the Principal, Mr. Anil Kumar; the Vice Principal, Ms. Rashmi Malhotra and the Headmistress, Dr Anubha Gopal. It was followed by a presentation of a melodious French song by the students, after which a vibrant Spanish dance performance showcased the global ethos of the fest, captivating the audience with its energy and elegance. An Indian folk song was also presented by the school choir.
During his address, the Principal, Mr Anil Kumar, highlighted the need for curiosity and a spirit of enquiry in students of all ages, affirming that DPS R.K. Puram continually nurtures these qualities through dedication and divine grace. He urged students to make the most of opportunities to learn from stalwarts and remain resilient. He also congratulated all the participants and thanked the Vice Principals and Headmistress for their tireless efforts.

The event was a vibrant celebration of creativity, culture, and expression, witnessing enthusiastic participation from 22 schools across North India. A wide array of contests—ranging from pot painting, collage making, and Madhubani art to soulful music and dance performances—captured the essence of imaginative expression. Students from various classes participated with great zeal, showcasing unique ideas, cultural insight, and exceptional artistic talent.

‘Swar Tarang’: Folk Group Song
Swar Tarang was an online pre-recorded competition. It was a tribute to the rich and diverse musical traditions of our country. Each team came together in harmony and rhythm, showcasing the timeless beauty of Indian classical and folk instruments. The judges evaluated the participants on the basis of sur, taal, variation, creativity and originality.

Naada-Swaram: Indian Orchestra Competition
‘Naada-Swaram’ was a celebration of India’s rich and soulful musical heritage. This orchestra competition invited young musicians to showcase the power of Indian instruments, creating rhythm and resonance that echo the timeless spirit of our culture. The participants were judged on the basis of intonation, synchronization, rhythm, creativity and originality.
‘Dynamics’: Battle of the Bands – Inter School Band Competition
Dynamics was an electrifying inter-school band competition for the students of Classes VI to XII, to showcase their musical talents, and compete against the best school bands across the city. Each participating band consisted of up to 6 students, including 2 vocalists. The judgement criteria included vocal performance, instrumental skills, stage presence and coordination.
‘Nritya Sangam’: Inter School Group Dance Competition
‘Nritya Sangam’ was a vibrant tribute to India’s rich cultural heritage that spoke of tradition and unity. The young performers explored the rhythmic beauty and storytelling power of Indian folk dances. The judges evaluated the participants on the basis of rhythm, authenticity of folk form, expressions and choreography.
‘Vibrant India: Celebrating Our Parampara’ was a tribute to the enduring spirit of unity, resilience and artistic brilliance that Indian folk crafts encompass. Through the medium of art, this competition encouraged young artists to delve into the heart of India’s cultural legacy and inspired a deeper appreciation for the timeless values and customs of Madhubani painting that define our identity. The participants were judged on the basis of creative thinking, research, relevance to the theme and aesthetic appeal.
‘Faces of Freedom’: Collage Making
‘Faces of Freedom’ was an art competition for Classes IX-XII that offered a canvas for the participants to creatively express India’s rich heritage—celebrating legendary leaders, cultural symbols and unsung everyday heroes. The judgement criteria included research, execution, relevance to the theme and aesthetic appeal.
‘Designs of Bharat’: Inter School Pot Painting Competition
‘Designs of Bharat’ was an art competition for Classes VI-VII. The competition was a celebration of India’s artistic heritage and cultural designs such as mandalas, alpana, henna patterns, and tribal motifs. The participants brought out not only intricate forms of the art, but also embodied the deep spiritual, cultural, and regional meanings. The judges evaluated the participants on the basis of creative thinking, research, skill, relevance to the theme and aesthetic appeal.

The assembly began with a soulful rendition of the morning prayer by Deleena, Jagan, Krishang, Diksha, Prahaan, Shubham, Sreyoshi, Aairah, Suven, Swara, Aanya, Abhishek, Alex, Anshika, Ayana, Daksh, Harsh, Ishika, Janvi, Kavish, Navin, Ojas, Sarthak, Satyam, Seher, Vardaan, Vivaan, Xena and Prakhar, uniting everyone in devotion. The choir, featuring Abhilipsa, Anam, Anasuya, Ivaanica, Kavin, Kian, Shrey, Sreyoshi, Swara, Viyan Jain, Vir, Valentina, Avni, Ayana, Haniya, Ishika, Janvi, Meera, Pooja and Xena, set a serene and harmonious tone for the morning.
A beautifully enacted skit highlighted the importance of preserving India’s age-old cultural traditions, with Aarav, Abhiraj, Aman, Anaya, Avika, Jagannath, Piyush, Siddharth, Suven, Aryan, Aviana, Devarsh, Ishika, Naitanya, Sumehar, Vivaan and Xena portraying their characters with sincerity and depth. The assembly was further enriched by a graceful dance performance presented by Aairah, Celina, Shanaya, Yashvi and Sanatana, showcasing the elegance of India’s classical heritage.
Thought-provoking reflections were shared by Deleena, Swara, Seher and Haniya, adding a contemplative touch to the theme, while Kavin, Viyan Gambhir, Advit and Xena updated everyone with the day’s important news. This segment was supported by the wonderful digital presentation work of Harsh, Ishaan, Yuvaan and Devarsh, which visually enhanced the experience. A heartfelt poem presentation by Sreyoshi and Avni beautifully captured the spirit of Indian culture and tradition, leaving the audience touched.
With warm words from the class teachers, the class representative, and the Headmistress, the assembly concluded on a note of pride, unity, and appreciation for our Sanskritik Parampara. The programme left everyone with a deeper understanding of India’s cultural roots and an enduring sense of togetherness.

On the afternoon of 24th November 2025, the AVH shimmered with reflection, grace, and intellectual vibrance as Classes XI A and XI H presented their Class Assembly on the theme “The Legacy of Human Intellect at DPS R.K. Puram.” What unfolded was a heartfelt tribute to the school’s tradition of perseverance, dedication, creativity, and excellence.
The assembly opened with the deeply moving prayer “O Palanhare,” rendered with devotion by Shivansh Gautam, Pragyan Singh, Vihaan Dilwaria, Swapnil Singh, Anirudh Dua, Oishee Halder, Agastaya Chandok, Nishchay Singh Rawat, Chetan Bisht, Gauransh Saini, Rishabh Samania, Manya Bhagat, Tejas Singh, Archit Barthwal, Sanvi Agarwal, Khyati Agarwal, Akhil Ranjan, Dhairya Pawa, and Saumya Nidhi. Their serene voices filled the hall with an atmosphere of hope, gratitude, and spiritual warmth, beautifully setting the tone for the afternoon.
This soulful beginning was followed by a graceful classical dance performance by Rishika Kumari, Aradhana Prakash Ranjan, Apurva Rani, and Pallavi Singh, whose expressive movements and elegance showcased the richness of classical dance. Carrying forward the reflective mood, the Thought for the Day was thoughtfully presented by Adhiraj Mayengbam and Saumya Nidhi, reminding the audience of the power of intellect and purposeful learning. The News Headlines, delivered by Pragyan Singh, Suhani Sinha, and Anirudh Dua, added clarity and relevance to the programme.
The assembly then transitioned into its central highlight — the skit “Museum of Achievers.” Brought to life by Kairav Chowdhury, Aamir Shahedi, Oishee Halder, Riya Sinha, Keshav Jalan, Krish Raj, Soumya Aswal, Shaurya Bharadwaj, Satvik Sharma, and Raghav Taneja, the performance transformed the stage into a living gallery where statues of distinguished alumni of DPS R.K. Puram came alive, each symbolizing remarkable accomplishments and sharing heartfelt reflections on determination, imagination, and the courage to dream.
The hall then resonated with uplifting energy as the Western Choir presented a spirited rendition of “Don’t Stop Believin’,” sung by Soumya Aswal, Kavya Balaji, Aashi Aarzoo, Oishee Halder, Akhil Ranjan, Arshia Elza Kuriyan, Prince Raj, Bullo Grace, Skarma Wanchuk, Lanchenbi Khundrakpam, and Shuhini Pheiroijam, accompanied by instrumentalists Kairav Chowdhury, Vihaan Dilwaria, Jayant Kartik, Teertharaj Lairanlakpam, and Khyati Agarwal.
The assembly’s seamless execution was ensured by comperes Jayant Kartik, Kavya Balaji, Meghavarshini, Anushka Nathawat, Aashi Aarzoo, and Manya Bhagat. The Creative Art Team — Soumya Aswal, Oishee Halder, Arsh Khan, Kinjal Gupta, and Pia Mittal — enriched each performance with thoughtful props and visual elegance.
The Digital Presentation was meticulously crafted by Arsh Khan, Raghav Taneja, Kairav Chowdhury, Divyansh Raj, Galax Luwang Thangjam, and Anusha Singh, while the script was shaped with dedication by Kairav Chowdhury, Rishika Kumari, Raghav Taneja, and Meghavarshini — together creating a radiant celebration of the enduring legacy of human intellect at DPS R.K. Puram.

Delhi Public School, RK Puram celebrated Geography Awareness Week from 17th to 21st November 2025 with great enthusiasm and remarkable success under the guidance of Ms. Sangita Bajpai, Coordinator, Department of Geography.
Geography Awareness Week, first established in 1987 by the National Geographic Society and recognised internationally, highlights the importance of geographic thinking in understanding global issues, spatial patterns, and the interconnectedness of people and places. The 2025 international theme, “Spaces of Possibilities,” provided the conceptual framework for the celebrations. The event was further strengthened by the gracious presence and encouragement of Principal Mr. Anil Kumar, Vice Principals – Mr Miglani, Mr Kathuria, Mr Mukesh Kumar and Ms. Malhotra, Head Mistress Ms. Anubha Gopal, HODs Ms. Vandana Chandok, Ms Ritu Nayyar & teachers from various departments.
The week kickstarted with Classes VI to VIII participating in an intersection softboard competition on “Geography in our daily lives” and “Spaces of Possibilities,”
Throughout the week, students engaged in thematic displays and interactive activities.
“Who Am I?” game on cities in India, crossword on Hydroshere, world map tasks based on latitude and longitude, identifying the geographic wonders challenge. These activities enriched geographical learning, enhanced analytical and mapping skills, and promoted environmental awareness.
Conducted in the Granite Area of the school, the week concluded with prize distribution and musical elements that added vibrancy to the atmosphere.
Ms Mahima Goel, Ms Deeksha Gupta, Ms Meera Raghav, Ms Swati Uppal and Ms Divya Kumari ignited the students imagination to create the games and facilitated their smooth execution.
TOPIC: “INSPIRING JOURNEYS/ CELEBRATING ACHIEVEMENTS: SHAPING FUTURE LEADERS, NURTURING TALENT AND PASSION, FOSTERING GLOBAL PERSPECTIVE”
The students of Classes IXI and IXJ jointly conducted a well-coordinated and engaging assembly. The programme began with the morning prayer led by Sanika, Priyanshi and Arnav from IXI, along with Ahmed, Anshika Nayar, Anushka, Armaan Jain, Fatima Syed, Hrida Datta, Hriday, Kriday Guglani, Arhaan, Prateet, Harshdeep, Ridaan, Viihaan, Neeva Jain, Saisha Gandhi, Tahira Singh, and Ankisha Kathuria from IXJ. The news was confidently presented by Vedant and Ishan from IXI and Bhavishya Kathpalia and Utsaav Bansul from IXJ, while the Thought for the Day was shared by Ashna and Sanika from IXI and Kunal from IXJ.
A vibrant dance performance was showcased by Aurica, Aarna, Saara, Ananya Ranjan, Kiara, Sabreen and Kaayansh of IXI, along with Anshika Gupta, Inayat Talwar and Phiu Vaish from IXJ. The choir added melody to the assembly with singers Sanika, Reyaansh, Trishala, Ananya Singh and Satvik from IXI and Anishka Nayar, Anshika K, Archi Rampal, Fatima Syed, Hrida Datta, Neeva Jain, Reeya Sharma, Riddhi Dham, Saisha Gandhi, Sansita, Anushka Jain and Tahira Singh from IXJ and the instrumental segment was presented by Apeksha M, Veer Chawla, Kartikeya Singh of IXJ and Vedant, Ishan, Somit, Nishchay, Adhrit, Aahan and Rohan of IXI. Narration was smoothly done by Kanav and Aadish of IXI. A well-presented skit was performed by Ranganath, Tushar, Divij, Navya Mehta, Samriddhi, Saanvi Verma, Aurica, Navya Nandini, Zoya, Saisha and Siddhi of IXI, along with Ruhaan Arora, Garvitt Marwah, Naisha Agrawal, Pihu V and Ankisha Kathuria from IXJ.
The board work was prepared by Samriddhi, Poorab, Tushar, Trishala, Aarna, Aurica, Pusan and Saanvi Sawhney from IXI and Anvaya from IXJ and Invites were made by Saisha G and Neeva J of IXJ. Additionally, the digital presentation was created by Tushar, Garvitt Marwah and Aashman Singh, and the Vandana was presented by Anshika Gupta from IXJ. The assembly concluded with the School Anthem, marking the collective effort, discipline and creativity of all participating students from Classes IXI and IXJ.

Mayra Yadav and Kashvi Wadhwa of Class XI-J represented Delhi Public School, RK Puram at the Nationwide Sustainability Hackathon organised by TERI School of Advanced Studies, Vasant Kunj, New Delhi on 19th November 2025. The event brought together young innovators from across the country to present solutions addressing sustainability challenges through practical, impactful business ideas.
Among participants from across India, Mayra and Kashvi secured the 3rd Position along with a cash prize of ₹7,500, bringing laurel to the school with their socially conscious project. They participated under the guidance of their teacher, Ms Sangita Bajpai.
Beyond innovation, the idea emphasised measurable environmental impact. By reusing aluminium foil, the model significantly reduces energy consumption and diverting foil and textile waste from landfills helps prevent long-term pollution.
RESEARCH ORIENTED INITIATIVES IN NURTURING ACADEMIC CURIOSITY
The Research Club organized an insightful Guest Speaker Programme on Wednesday, 19 November 2025, in the seminar room from 5th to 7th periods. The programme began with the Principal Mr. Anil Kumar welcoming the guest Dr. H. K. Dangi and highlighting the importance of research-oriented initiatives in nurturing academic curiosity among students in his address.
The session featured Dr. H. K. Dangi, a distinguished professor from the Delhi School of Economics, as the keynote speaker. Dr. Dangi began the session by introducing the fundamental concepts of research. To make the ideas more accessible and engaging, he presented a series of illustrative videos that highlighted the basics of research methodology, the importance of critical thinking, and the practical application of research in various fields. These multimedia examples helped the audience grasp complex ideas in a simple and relatable manner.
An interactive session followed, where student body of the Research Club actively participated by asking questions and discussing research-related challenges. Dr. Dangi provided valuable insights, clarified doubts, and encouraged students to adopt a systematic and curious approach towards research.
The audience consisted exclusively of Research Club members, who benefited greatly from the session. The program was highly appreciated for its informative content and engaging format. Overall, the guest lecture contributed significantly to enhancing research awareness and motivating the students.
The session concluded with a heartfelt vote of thanks delivered by the Vice Principal Ms. Rashmi Malhotra. She expressed her gratitude towards Dr. Dangi for sharing his expertise and enriching the students’ understanding of research. She also appreciated the efforts of the Research Club for organizing such a meaningful and educational event, and encouraged students to continue exploring and engaging with research-oriented activities.
