AGuest Speaker Programme was organized for the students of class VI on 17 May 2019. Dr. Atin Kumar, Professor of Radiology at All India Institute Of Medical Sciences, New Delhi and Dr. Jyoti Kumar, a Professor at the Department of Radio-diagnosis at Maulana Azad Medical College, New Delhi, spoke to the students about ‘Health and Wellness’.
They spoke about being mentally and physically fit. They also spoke to the students about reducing screen time and developing healthy sleeping habits. Their presentation also focused on the importance of eating a balanced diet. The session proved informative and engaging for the students.
