Ayaas Prayas Charitable Trust
“Gaining knowledge is the first step to wisdom, whereas sharing it is the first step to humanity.”
The school recently collaborated with a charitable trust ‘Ayaas Prayaas’ to effectuate collaborative learning through academic resource sharing and online classes for students from underprivileged backgrounds. The classes will be conducted by students of Delhi Public School R.K. Puram under the principle of the school motto Service Before Self.
On 29 January 2021, the Principal Ms Padma Srinivasan along with the Social Service League in-charge, Ms Preeti Pratihari, the club appointees and Ms Kaumudi Sharma, founder of the Ayaas Prayas Charitable Trust inaugurated the blessed initiative of imparting quality education.
This marked the beginning of a productive partnership which will benefit many children wanting to be educated. It is truly a moment of great pride for the school since it is now officially associated with this charitable trust and will be instrumental in bringing about significant changes in the lives of many.
