Topic: Where The Mind is Without Fear

The class XII -L presentation was a tribute to the spirit of Shri Rabindranath Tagore , a Nobel-prize winning polymath- excelling as a writer, poet, and a philosopher. He is a critical constituent of Indian History, as he put Bengali literature on the global map, and also wrote the National Anthem- Jana Gana Mana. He spent a large amount of his life in Santiniketan, dedicated to meaningful education, and also acted as a center for learning about the arts, language, music, etc. Today, Santiniketan is  home to many galleries and museums involved in the study and preservation of Tagore’s work. Revering the ideals he upheld. The presentation began with a shloka recited by Varanya Matreja, followed by  a prayer sung by Shambhavi Mittal. Preksha Jain began the presentation by the thought for the day.Sahana Savarkar mesmerised the audience by the song “Ekla Chalo Re”.  Aakansha Dutta recited the poem “Where the mind is without Fear” Tanisha Kumar and Sanaa Sharda  spoke about the accomplishments of Shri Rabindranath Tagore. The presentation ended with the vote of thanks proposed  by Vidur Sahni.The entire programme was knit together by the compere Vinayak Pachnanda.The attractive e- invite was made by Neasha Mittal.The Power Point Presentation was put together by Malank Goel.The whole presentation would have not been possible without the technical expertise of Yash Jha
