Topic- Not All Heroes Wear Capes
When we think of heroes, often an image of a man in a cape comes to our mind. However the real heroes are those men and women who try to make the world a better place, whether in small ways or great ones ! Success or failure is immaterial, it is the effort that is heroic.
Naina opened the presentation with a Sanskrit shloka which is believed to provide peace and serenity to our minds and souls. Tejas and Mala gave the welcome address. Angel, Ishanvi, Aarushi, Ayush, Manmeet and Vansh shared their thought on who their personal heroes were. Yashoverdhan Gupta sang a soulful prayer followed by the thought for the day by Sayam Jain. The conversation transcended into a motivational song, melodiously sung by Saanvi Arora accompanied by Ishan and Anoushka with the acoustics. International Nelson Mandela Day is celebrated every year to shine light on the legacy of a man who changed the 20th century and helped shape the 21st . Naina Shrivastava recited a self composed poem to pay homage to Nelson Mandela and Bhavya Lakhina enlightened the listeners with his speech on the great leader Nelson Mandela and his teachings. The presentation ended on a high note with the students thanking their heroes for all their sacrifices and being their support systems. The vote of thanks was delivered by Ishanvi, Aarushi, Ayush and Manmeet.. Anoushka Garg and Vansh Jain prepared the e-invites while Aarushi Aggarwal prepared the digital presentation.
