This extraordinary event served as a medium of self expression for all its participants. Students from all over the country came together to compete and showcase their talent in fields such as photography, filmmaking, photo-manipulation and more. Garnering a participation of over 900 students from close to 200 schools, the annual Digex fest was hosted on a strictly virtual platform due to the restrictions by the global pandemic. The event came to fruition with the support of the sponsors, OAASE Learning Studio, IvyAchievement and LaBREZZA.
The event and the members of the club received constant and unwavering support from the Principal, Ms Padma Srinivasan. She wished the participants the best of luck and through her words, encouraged creativity and hard work.
This year’s event consisted of 7 different categories- Pixelate Senior, Pixelate Junior, CreADive, Rendered, Surprise, Hi-Res and Camistic.
Pixelate Senior- This category of the event is the online photography contest. Mainly for classes XI and XII , this category provided a platform for students to showcase their skills and creativity through their submission. This category was judged by one of India’s top photographers Mr. Vineet Vohra. Mr. Vohra is an inspiration and a role model for all participants. This year’s topic was ‘Distortion’.
Pixelate junior- Piexalte junior is the online photography contest that encourages the budding photographers of classes IX and X to give their best, be original and learn more about photography. Judged by a Renowned photographer, Mr. Virendra Adhikari, this category received a large participation and students had to submit their entries on the topic ‘Speed’.

The films were judged by an alumni of the club, Abhijay Bhandari and all entries were made on the topic ‘Reversed Roles’.
