DEBSOC, the debating society of Delhi public School R.K Puram participated in Drishtikon, the annual debate competition, hosted by The Heritage School, Rohini on 1st February, 2023. The school was represented by the following members, Aryan Kumar, Ananya Srivastava, Arth Agarwal, Sarah Kashyap, Stuti Kathuria and Vigaas Singh for the offline events, and Riddhi Sharma and Falak Gupta for the online events. The event had 9 schools competing against each other in various formats ranging from Multi format debates to Asian Parliamentary Debates. Aryan Kumar XI J, Arth Agarwal XI I and Sarah Kashyap XI C secured the first position in the Asian Parliamentary format and Vigaas Singh XI S secured third position in the Multi Format. Sarah Kashyap XI C was also announced as the Best Speaker of Parliamentary debate.
