Topic: International Day of Peace
J.Donald Walters has rightly said, ‘You will find peace not by trying to escape your problems, but by confronting them courageously.’ Peace begins with a smile and heals the soul. If you are not peaceful inside, the world you see will be chaotic.
The class presentation commenced with an energetic greeting by Venya Garg. Introduced by Manvir Singh Marwah, a melodious prayer was sung by Shriya Mohan. Utkarsh Gupta gave information on the International Day of Peace, followed by a thought for the day by Jyotir Sinha. Siddhi Saumya, Saurav Singh, Mitisha Mittal, Pranya Gupta and Prasan Gupta narrated a story on the real meaning of peace, which gave a message that peace does not mean to be in a place where there is no noise, trouble or hard work, it means to be in the midst of those things and still be calm in your heart. Introduced by Samriddhi Pandey, a euphonious song was sung by Shriya Mohan. Varunavi Gupta recited a self-composed poem after being introduced by Yashvi Joshi. The presentation concluded with a vote of thanks by Raunaq Singh. The power point presentation was made by Sneha Singh.
