On November 12, 2024, Aviral Goyal (IXL) and Aarav Sachin Vijan (IXJ) from the Think Club participated in Pitch AI, an Inter-School Competition held at Banyan Tree School, Lodhi Road. Pitch AI was organised as a part of Spectrum 2024 to provide a platform to students to demonstrate their creativity, artistic skills, innovation, critical thinking, and technical expertise. It was a valuable opportunity for participating teams to express their abilities and creative vision.
Pitch AI was a two-stage competition where teams had to create a 2-minute advertisement to promote how artificial intelligence can help address social issues such as poverty, climate change, healthcare, or education. The team from DPS RK Puram showcased their product – an AI based solution to target the problem of weeds in the farming.
The participation in this competition helped the team from DPS RK Puram not only test their pitching skills, but at the same time learn from their competitors. The hard work and creativity of the team helped them win the second position in the competition.
