Practising Mindfulness  By- Dr. Puran Chand

A few minutes of meditation during the day can be a great way to get rid of stress that accumulates daily-in both the body and mind. Keeping this in mind, Dr. Puran Chand conducted a meditation session based on the mindfulness technique to experience self-awareness, greater focus and silence. This session was conducted for all teachers in the Audio Visual Hall on 4th March, 2024. In the end, the resource person also explained remedies for personal health problems to the participants with a lot of patience.
