The All India Inter DPS Chess (Girls) Open Championship 2016 was held at DPS Surat from 5-7 May 2016. DPS R.K Puram won the Team championship defeating DPS Gurugram in the finals and lifted the Over-all Trophy .Saanya Mahesh won the Individual championship and was declared the best player of the Tournament.
