Department of Geography organized a Fire Fighting drill for the students of Class XI (S,T,U,V) and few section of Class IX on 31 January, 2019 in the Assembly Ground.
Mr. Sajjan Kumar Sharma from NIDM (National Institute of Disaster Management) conducted the training programme. He demonstrated the use of various firefighting equipments and created awareness amongst the students about fire safety. A brief introduction was given to the students on the “Do’s and Don’ts” of handling fire.
In the end all the students took the pledge that they will follow the rules related to fire safety.
