Topic- Human Rights Day
For the celebration of the 72nd Human Rights Day on the 10th of December, celebrated internationally to mark the day the United Nations General Assembly was adopted, the class presented an informative and thought provoking presentation. It started with an introduction to the topic by Varanya Matreja and morning prayer sung by Shambhavi Mittal; this was followed by a Sanskrit Shloka recited by Sanaa Sharda, translated into Hindi by Parijat and translated into English by Ahaskar Kashyap. Agam Rana then delved deeper into the significance of the occasion with the “Thought for the Day”. Aadit Nilay shared his thoughts on the topic with his impactful poem. The presentation ended with a powerful speech written by Vinayak Pachnanda followed by a song sung by Sahana Savarkar.The slides and the e-invite were designed by Aadya Lohia. The entire presentation was compiled by Angad Singh, Preksha Jain and Yash Jha.
