Topic- October Fest
Festivities reign in the month of October. So we chose our topic as October Fest. Each day of our lives should be celebrated as a festival promoting harmony,positivism,enthusiasm,grandeur and preserving our cultural heritage.
Our class assembly commenced with the chanting of the hymn ‘Om Bhur Bhuvah swaha’ by Spurti Nimbali followed by a prayer ‘Hare Rama’ by Ikshwaaku. Apporva Dhanesh Ghatge introduced the topic with the thought for the day.This was followed by speeches on each festival celebrated in the month of October by Janakk Nandwani,Venya Lal,Yashvardhan Singh Sambyal,Aquib Javed Mir,Harsh Singh and Akansha depicting India’s secularism with its values and deeper spiritual insight/significance thereby highlighting that the difference unifies us and is an asset. A beautiful self composed poem was recited by Spurti Nimbali.
The vote of thanks was delivered by the class teacher. The invite was designed by Aditt K Singh and Venya Lal and the technical aspect of weaving the entire assembly together was done by Aditt K Singh exceptionally well.
