Topic: “All that glitters is not gold.”
It is a human tendency to get captivated by things which are visually appealing. On the contrary looks can be deceptive. Thus, it is from our mistakes that we learn, “All that glitters is not gold.” The students expressed this adage by paying tribute to Mahatma Gandhi. Various performances like dance, song, skit, talk show were the major highlights of the assembly. They chose Bihar as their state and put forward a presentation in the native language- Bhojpuri, along with the famous ‘Chhath Song’ to exemplify its culture and traditions. On the 29th of August, 2019 the Honourable Prime Minister launched the nation-wide ‘Fit India Movement’. As part of the ‘Fitness Week Celebrations’, yogic asanas were displayed to propagate the idea of mental and physical well being. They concluded their assembly by raising awareness on Road Safety.
