Our Hindi language dates back centuries. It started with a rough form of Sanskrit called “Prakrits”, around the time of Ashoka the Great, and then moved on to Sanskrit, and then to the sophisticated, glorious and melodious language we now know it to be. Hindi is us artistically, us in literature, Hindi is US. But why? How? What, specifically, is so great about the Hindi language? This is what classes VIII-J and K wanted to remind you about in the assembly on 10 November 22.
We started with the morning prayer, containing the entire class of 8-K. Samarth Razdan and Shreshtha gave a thought-provoking thought of the day. After this, Ahaana and Kabir gave their point of view on the Hindi language, Followed by Tisya and Namya Kharbanda, then Disha Matlani and Arav Singhal, Rowan Agrawal and Divyansh Jai Purohit. After that, T.Mansa, Aditi Mittal, and Vanshika Yadav shared their thoughts through a conversation. Handling International news, National news, Sports news, Trade news, and School news, we had Agastya, Samriddhi, Ibrahim, Aadhi and Kairav.. Then, Shaurya Verma, Aarna Dhingra, Ashvika Chaudhary, Aadit Raj Gupta, Mishka Taneja, Baarika Ayekpam, Samriddhi Bhatia, Rai Rudrapati Ray, Anchal Kumari Aarav Gosai, Abhyuday J. Singh, Aditi Mittal, Ananya Bhartiya, Aniruddh Dua, Anshika Dua, Arav Singhal, Avika Jain, Ayesha Tamim, Disha Matlani, Dishita Negi, Divyansh Jai Purohit, Kabir Mehta, Maryam A. J. Nasrullah, Naitik Singla, Namya Kharbanda, Naysa Gupta, Nimrat Malik, Pratham Bhalla, Raghuvir Prakash, Ranvir Singh, Reyansh Wadhwa, Rowan Agarwal, Sahir Gossain, Shivansh Gupta, T. Manasa, Uddhav S. Oberoi, Vitabhay Garg sang Hind Desh Ke Nivasi. We featured a snippet between Tanishq and Shaurya, and Samarth and Shreshtha took the stage once again for a brief conversation.
