Topic-Spreading peace across the world
The theme of the assembly of Class VIII A draws attention to the importance of spreading peace across the world. It is an occasion to educate others on concerns related to war through a skit, ‘Sadako and The Thousand Paper Cranes, on Hiroshima- Nagasaki bombing. On the other hand, the idea of peace is propagated as the student’s exhibit Gandhi Ji’s set of values. The choir presentation on ‘Imagine’ by John Lennon and the dance performance on ‘Symphony’ by Zara Larsson and Clean Bandit further reinforce and celebrate the theme in its full fervor.
Topic-Every artist was first an amateur
The students of VIIIC have demonstrated that if you want to be successful in life, you can only do it by hard work and dedication .Talent is a wonderful gift which has to be constantly honed to achieve perfection. This the only way to progress from an amateur to an expert. Children also spoke on Gandhi ji’s contribution towards the upliftment of the society to celebrate 150 years of his birth anniversary. A beautiful thought and prayer was dedicated to him.
