TOPIC: RESPECT DIVERSITY AND MAKE UNITY!
C. JoyBell C. once said, “We are all equal in the fact that we are all different” and hence our strength lies not in our similarities but our differences and being tolerant.
Unity in Diversity promotes brotherhood, peace and harmony. It creates a sense of oneness among people. The children dedicated their assembly to Mahatma Gandhi, who endorsed these tenets. The students of class VI B beautifully presented their ideas on Unity by their performances which included self-composed poem , thoughts, choir and dances. They also celebrated the diversity of India with a presentation on the state of West Bengal. They beautifully depicted the vibrant colours of the state through song, speech and dance.
