Topic: “Save our world , save our future. Reduce, Reuse and Recycle”.
As a step towards inspiring, educating and motivating children and also highlighting the importance of ‘Mother Nature’ a presentation was prepared by the students of class 6A .
The presentation commenced with a beautiful shloka in Sanskrit by Anushri Kabi seeking forgiveness from Mother Earth.The compère, Zaara Zahid Khan, greeted the audience with an introduction to the topic followed by an enchanting song recited by Shaylah Shankar which left the listeners spellbound. Rehraas Singh articulated the topic with a reflective speech , followed by the thought for the day by Valencia Rajkumari and a beautiful poem by Vritii Bhandari. Earth Anthem was shared by Vaishnavi Sudershan . Dhairya Barnwal recited shlokas from the ‘Bhumi Sukta’ to further emphasize the importance of Mother Earth . The presentation concluded with the vote of thanks delivered by Tejaswini Bairy. Creativity was shown by Srishti Datar and Vritii Bhandari through the colourful and pleasing slides and e-invites .
