DPS RK Puram participated in an Oxford-style Conventional Debate hosted by TERI (The Energy and Resources Institute) SAAS (School of Advanced Studies) on April 22, 2026. The TERI School of Advanced Studies is a higher education institute that specialises in the field of sustainable development. A team of two students- Vagisha Swasti- XII V and Shah Ibrahim- XII U participated in the event and emerged as the BEST TEAM in the competition. As a team, they received a cash prize of Rs. 4000/-Vagisha won the award for the Second Best Speaker for her well-crafted and articulated speech. The various schools contested on This House believes that economic growth should not be compromised to reduce heat-related climate impacts, a topic that deserves thoughtful insights from the responsible citizens of the world on the auspicious Earth Day.
