TOPIC: “PEACE”
On August 19, 2026, the students of Classes 6D and 6H presented a meaningful and thought-provoking assembly on the theme “Seeds of Peace – What We Plant in School, We Grow in Society.” The assembly beautifully highlighted the importance of nurturing peace, kindness, harmony, and empathy in school and carrying these values into society.
The assembly led by the dedicated comperes Lakshay, Yashaswi, Kabir, Satvik, Yahvi, Aishvi, Aveer, Sanskriti, Aditi, Sumer, Kaira, Ariya, Viraj, Arshia, Atharv, Chandvi, Nainika, Nandini, Pratham, and Sejal. The programme began with a soulful rendition of “Itni Shakti Humein Dena Data”, presented by Ansh, Anmay, Shivansh, Aranya, Krishangi, Yahvi, Sumer, Tanmay, Yuvraj, Meera, Lakshita, Gaurang, Sharvil, Anand, Tisha, Viraj, Adhrit, Akhil, Guhaan, Harshita, Himanshi, Neev, Ranvijay, Reyaansh, Sanskar, Shreyansh, Vaishnavi, Arshia, Ivaan, Adhiraj, Aaira, Sehej, and Paridhi. The melodious performance created a serene atmosphere and brought together the students of Class 6 in a spirit of unity and harmony.
A thoughtfully enacted play followed, which brought the central message of the assembly to life. Parnika, Manan, Ayansh, Elina, Kabeer, Saksham, Samyak, and Svarram portrayed their respective roles with confidence and sincerity. Through their performance, they conveyed the powerful message that the values and actions cultivated in school ultimately shaped the society we lived in. The assembly was further enriched by a graceful dance performance by Aranya and Nainika, which captured the spirit of harmony, joy, and togetherness. The visual presentation was enhanced by an informative and engaging presentation prepared by Reyansh, Darsh, and Abeer, which complemented the theme of the assembly.
The Thought for the Day was presented by Krishnag, Meera, Ishaan, and Chandvi, who highlighted the significance of peace and its relevance in our everyday lives. A reflective self-composed poem by Vivaan and Tanay added a heartfelt and nostalgic dimension to the programme. The news updates were presented by Gaurang, Sharvil, Ivaan, and Neevan, who kept the audience informed about important happenings around the world.
The programme concluded with a soulful rendition of “A Million Dreams” by Yahvi, Aaradhya, Prisha, Abeer, Aaira, Amara, Aryaam ,Atharv, Ayesha, Ishaan, Krishna, Kartik, Paakhi, Paridhi, Ramaya, Sehej. The performance beautifully echoed the assembly’s message of hope, unity, dreams, and togetherness. The assembly concluded with the warm and encouraging words of the In-charge, who appreciated the sincere efforts of the students and reinforced the importance of cultivating peaceful and positive values in everyday life. The assembly left the audience with a lasting message of peace, empathy, unity, and camaraderie, reminding everyone that the values we nurtured in school became the foundation of the society we built together.
