TOPIC: “PEACE”
The Class XII U assembly on the theme “Rooted in Calm, Rising in Peace” was presented with great enthusiasm and elegance. The assembly commenced with a serene and soul-soothing morning prayer presented by Swastik, Hundai, Palak, Kartik, Pratyusha, Maira, Parth, Sujal, Tejsev, Khushi, Yashika KH, Sanchit, Harsh, Anika, Anshi, Samanvita, Amitabh, Aishaani, Suditi, Noor, Shubham, Chaitanya and Pranav, creating a tranquil and positive atmosphere for the day ahead.
The programme was gracefully anchored by the comperes, Rabhya and Shaurya, who conducted the assembly with confidence and poise. The news for the day was thoughtfully shared by Kimaya, Sujal, Amitabh and Saksham, keeping everyone informed and engaged. This was followed by a beautifully composed invocation dance presented by Shrutika, which added a divine and graceful touch to the assembly. The motivational Thought for the Day was eloquently delivered by Noor and Tejsev, inspiring the audience with meaningful reflections on peace and inner harmony. To further deepen the significance of the theme, self-composed poems were presented by Pratyusha and Shriya. Swastik recited the epic Rashmirathi, a renowned Hindi epic poem by the poet Ramdhari Singh Dinkar, which profoundly highlighted the themes of peace, conflict resolution and the necessity of strength to maintain harmony.
A vibrant western dance was beautifully prepared and gracefully presented by Anushree, adding energy and charm to the programme. A thoughtful and impactful play based on the theme was presented by Anshi, Anika, Sejal, Rajnandani, Amitabh, Saksham, Tejsev, Aishaani, Suditi and Sujal. The play was skillfully directed by Sejal, Anika and Kimaya, and beautifully conveyed how mental peace nurtures harmony, balance and overall wellness in life.
The assembly concluded on a melodious note with the western song “One Day”, soulfully rendered by Hundai, KH Hoihthianmuang, Asienuo, Khushi and Yashika. Their captivating performance added warmth and positivity to the occasion. The creative team was efficiently headed by Kimaya, Megha and Falguni, while invaluable and constant assistance was provided by Naisha, Parth and Maira. The Digital Presentation was exceptionally managed by Shreyansh and Devansh, whose efforts added a visually enriching dimension to the programme. The assembly was an excellent and commendable presentation that beautifully reflected the essence of peace, mindfulness and emotional harmony, providing a calm, uplifting and positive start to the day.
