COMMENCEMENT OF CLASS VI SESSION 2024-2025
The New Session for class VI will commence in the following manner :
Class Teachers of class VI will remain with their classes throughout the day (Section A to F on 3rd April 2024 and Section G to K on 4th April 2024)
Class Teacher of class VI will reach the AVH at 9.15 am on 3rd April 2024 (section A to F) and 4th April 2024 (Section G to K).
Class VI will go up to the AVH using the E-Block Staircase (in front of the Principal’s Office) with their Class V Reps .
Class V Reps will hand over the students to the Reps/Class Teachers of Class VI in the AVH.
Class VI students will sit sections-wise.
The Principal and the Headmistress will address the students.
Class Teachers will be introduced to their respective classes.
The Class Teachers will then take the students on a round of the school ,as per the route given to them .
The Class Teachers will escort the students to their respective class rooms, where the class teachers will :
Verify the bus route numbers and details about private commuters.
Take attendance.
Give the time-table to the students.
Give their and Subject Teachers phone numbers to the students.
For the dispersal Class teacher will follow the instructions given to them .
