IMPORTANT (Updated on December 20, 2024)

1. Download a fresh copy of the document, read all the instructions before filling up the entries in the TENDER/QUOTATION Document/Form.
2. Submit the properly SEALED ENVELOPES at the Gate No.1 of Delhi Public School, R.K. Puram, New Delhi 110022 containing the duly completed TENDER/QUOTATION Document/Form by the due date as specified in the TENDER/QUOTATION Document.
3. Kindly note that date of submission of all the TENDER/QUOTATION has been extended to Monday, December 30, 2024.
4. There will be a Pre Bid meeting with transporters on December 27, 2024 at 10:00 am at Delhi Public School R K Puram (Only one representative will be allowed to attend)
5. Post Pre Bid meeting with Transport Service Providers, the date of submission of TENDER for Hiring of Private Constructors/ Transporters is extended to Monday, January 6, 2025. Click here to download the Post Pre Bid Transport Tender Annexure 2025-2026
6. Submission deadline for all other Tenders/Quotations remain same as Monday, December 30, 2024
