DPS RK Puram- Second Runners Up at the Inter School Environment & Sustainability Quiz
CII ( Confederation of Indian Industry) organized an Inter School Environment & Sustainability Quiz Competition which was held on 30 November 2023 at Jacaranda Hall, India Habitat Centre, New Delhi.
The objective of organizing the quiz was:
- To expose both schools and students to the 5 pillars of education: Learning to know, Learning to do, Learning to be, Learning to live together and Learning to transform oneself and society.
- To create the idea of critical thinking and transformative learning amongst school students.
- To inculcate in students and schools the values underlying the sustainability paradigm as human dignity, care for environment, to conserve natural resources to support the health & well being of future generations.
The Quiz Competition on Environment & Sustainability was for the students of classes 6,7 and 8.Akshara Agrawal of VIII E and Satvik Daksh Gupta of VIII J from DPS RK Puram were the Second Runners Up in the Competition.
