Orientation Programme for the Parents of Class XII

The orientation for the parents of the students of class XII was held on 5 April 2019. 262 parents attended the orientation session. The session began with counselling in the AVH conducted by Ms Ambika. All the parents were informed about importance of regularity to school i.e. 75% attendance being mandatory. They were told that RFID card is a must and students should wear it daily to School. The schedule of exams was discussed and the importance of test series was emphasized. Each subject teacher introduced the syllabus, break-up, marking scheme, worksheets, assignment booklets, and project work. The teachers discouraged the practice of taking tuitions. The Reps informed the parents about the board forms being filled up by October. Stress was laid on discipline in classrooms. Overall the session was fruitful, satisfying, enriching and interesting.
