Sanskriti School, Chanakyapuri organized the Environment Festival ‘Sanskriti 350’ on 5 December 2013.The theme of the event was ‘Religion and nature’ and aim was to sensitize students towards environmental issues by their participation in different competitions.
In the music competition ‘Sounds of 350’ comprising an all girls band with Sana Gujral , Shristi Soni,Tanvi Kaul,Prachi Bahl, Akriti and Kaveri Mahanta , of Class X won the First Prize. In the Cookery competition ‘Taste of 350’ Adya Singh and Aakanksha Garg of Class VII won the Second Prize for their ‘Hummus Sandwich’
In the dance competition, ‘Moves of 350’,Manvi Bhatnagar, Kanika Goel, Samriddhi Mittal, Rabbani Raori and Gauri Sharma of Class IX won the second Prize. In the Photography Competition, Aditya Mehta, Vasudha Mathur and Antara Joglekar of Class XI won the First Prize. In Envirotisement, the team consisting of Raghumanyu, Jayant Chand, Kapil malhotra and Shubham won the Second Prize for creating an advertisement for ‘Oxygen Pichkari’.
DPS R.K.Puram bagged the ‘Overall Winners’ trophy.
The Principal Dr D.R.Saini congratulated the winners and appreciated the efforts made by them.
