An Orientation Programme was organized for the parents of students of class VI sections A to K on 28 March 2019 from 2:30 PM onwards. The parents were invited to the school in order to acquaint them with the new environment their child would soon be entering. The class teachers oriented the parents about the school rules and the scheme of assessment.
The subject teachers spoke about the prescribed textbooks and notebooks, syllabi, subject enrichment activities and the marking scheme. The Principal, Ms. Vanita Sehgal, and the Headmistress, Ms. Rashmi Malhotra warmly welcomed the parents. Ms. Payal and Ms. Pratibha, the class reps, also introduced themselves to the parents.
On the whole, it was a successful initial interaction between the parents and the teachers.
