INSTRUCTIONS
1) Monthly fee shall be paid by 10th of every month.
2) Fee in Cash will not be accepted.
3) Fees can be paid Online (through Credit Card, Debit Card and Net Banking), Cheque, Demand Draft or NEFT/RTGS.
4) A fine of Rs.200/- will be charged, if the cheque is returned unpaid by the banker.
5) In case of any discrepancy in the Fee Bill, report at [email protected] within 10 working days of Due Date.
6) School Transport Fees will be charged from the students admitted under the category EWS as well as General Category from class 6 onward. Students must inform the authorities well in advance, if any of the students decide to drop the school transport.
7) Request for withdrawing transport facility will not be accepted after the month of October. If the student avails the transport facility up to the month of November, Transport charges for December to March will not be removed, even if he/she stops using the school bus facility.
8) While doing online payment, if amount debit once from the account and payment do not reflect on the fee portal than do not make the payment again. Sometimes due to some technical glitch transaction do not upload on the system automatically. In that case transaction will be uploaded manually after receiving the credit information from bank which will take at least three working days.
9) Fees up to the month of March to be cleared by 10th January for the classes 10 and 12 to complete the clearance formalities.
10) For New Admissions, the school fee will be charged from the beginning of the session (from April). On submission of the School leaving certificate, Tuition fee will be charged from the month of date of admission or ‘the school leaving date/fee paid up to month’ mentioned on the Transfer Certificate, whichever is earlier.
11) All Hostellers will have to pay the hostel fee in advance as per the schedule given. No withdrawal from the hostel will be permitted during the academic year. No fees will be refunded in case of withdrawal during the Academic year.

Please note that Account Number is Unique for each student and as follows:

3) Cheque/DD:
Cheque/Demand Draft/Banker’s Cheque/Pay Order should be in favour as mentioned below:

| For DPS R.K. Puram (School & Hostel) | Cheque/DD/BC/PO should be separate for School & Hostel fees and in favour of “Delhi Public School R.K. Puram, admission number of student”. For example if the admission number is “X99999” then Cheque/DD/BC/PO should be in favour of “Delhi Public School R.K. Puram, X99999”. |
Kindly write Admission Number, Name, Class, Contact Number and School Branch on the reverse of Cheque/DD/BC/PO. Also write “Hostel Fee Cheque” in case of hostel fees payment at the reverse of cheque/DD/BC/PO.
Parent/student can drop the Fee Cheque/DD/BC/PO in the Drop Box at the Gate No.1 of DPS R.K. Puram or can submit with the class teacher through the student only.
A fine of Rs.200/- will be charged, if the cheque is returned unpaid by the banker.
