SCHOOL/HOSTEL FEES
The Fee should be paid by using the student/parent portal.
School fee is collected on quarterly basis.
Fees can be paid online (through Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI, Net Banking), by Cheque and by Demand Draft.
Fee in Cash will not be accepted.
A fine of Rs.500/- will be charged, if the cheque is returned unpaid by the banker.
If the school fee is not paid by the due date, please note that late payment fee will be applicable as follows:-
Late fee of Rs.100/- will be charged if fee is paid within 10 days after due date.
Late fee of Rs.500/- will be charged, if fee is paid after 10 days of due date till the end of month.
Late fee of Rs.500/- will be added every month, if fee is not paid in consecutive months.
Kindly note if the fee is not paid for three consecutive months, an appropriate action will be taken as per the rules.
Fees up to the month of March have to be cleared by 10th January for the classes 10 and 12 to complete the clearance formalities.
Hostel fee will be collected in the month of April for the whole year.
If the Hostel Fee is not paid by the due date, a late fee of Rs.500/- per month will be charged. Kindly note that if the hostel fee is not cleared within three months of the due date, an appropriate action will be taken as per the rules.
All Hostellers will have to pay the hostel fee in advance as per the schedule given. No withdrawal from the hostel will be permitted during the academic year. No fees will be refunded in case of withdrawal during the Academic year. Fees in Cash will not be accepted.
The School Transport Fee will be charged from the students admitted under the category EWS from class 6 onward. Students must inform the authorities well in advance, if any of the students decide to drop the school transport.
Request for withdrawing transport facility will not be accepted after the month of October. If the student avails the transport facility up to the month of November, Transport charges for December to March will not be removed, even if he/she stops using the school bus facility.
While doing online payment, if amount debit once from the account and payment do not reflect on the fee portal than do not make the payment again. Sometimes due to some technical glitch transaction do not upload on the system automatically. In that case transaction will be uploaded manually after receiving the credit information from bank which will take at least three to five working days.
For New Admissions, the school fee will be charged from the beginning of the session (from April). On submission of the School leaving certificate, Tuition fee will be charged from the month of date of admission or ‘the school leaving date/fee paid up to month’ mentioned on the Transfer Certificate, whichever is earlier.
In case of any discrepancy in the fee bill, report immediately at the respective school through email or written application.
