Puram was among the top 10 winners from among 135+ participants in the “ On the spot International Photography Competition” which was held by Shoots and Shoots Photography Academy on 26th January 2016 at Jamali Kamali. . She was awarded the Giri Raj Prasad Award (National and Shilp Guru Award winner) by Shoots and Shoots Photography Academy
