Georgetown University, School of Foreign Service in Qatar conducted the second edition of its annual Model United Nations Conference in New Delhi from 14th to 16th July, 2014 at Radisson Blu Plaza.
Anvay Tewari, a student of Class 12 O was invited to be the Vice Chair of the Arab League, a 24-delegate committee whose aim was to address the conflicts of the Middle East. To be accorded the status of Vice Chair is a rare privilege. During the inaugural Model UN conference conducted by Georgetown University in 2013, Anvay Tewari was awarded the Best Delegate of the Human Rights Council and the invitation to be Vice Chair this year was an outcome of last year’s interaction.
