Mentorship Redefined: Building the leaders of tomorrow By: Mr. Rahul Subramaniam, Athena Education

“The best way a mentor can prepare another leader is to expose him or her to other great people.” John C. Maxwell

India’s education system is at a turning point: educators and families alike are beginning to recognize the value of interdisciplinary, liberal-arts approaches. A session on Mentorship  conducted by Mr Rahul Subramaniam on 12 March 2024 was organised in the Audio Visual Hall for all the teachers so that they can mentor the students to focus on meticulously fine-tuning the profile for an immaculate presentation for international admissions. The teachers were provided guidance on balanced college lists, pristine essays, interview preparation, so that they confidently help the students sail through the final rounds. The session was extremely helpful for the teachers in understanding the required skills to craft a powerful profile.
