Ms. Pooja Saxena , Disaster Risk Reduction Coordinator, Institution of Disaster Emergency and Accidents for guidance on School Safety and Security, addressed some stakeholders of Disaster Management, on Wednesday,31 October , 2018 at 10:30 am. She interacted with the teachers of Disaster Management Committee. The meeting was highly beneficial for the participants, who are the In-charges of different teams of the school’s Disaster Management Committee. She threw light on the guidelines for school safety and security. She expressed her satisfaction after observing the school’s actions on the same. Some advice given by her will be incorporated shortly for better safety. The meeting was attended by Ms. Sangita Rana, Ms. Arti Trivedi and Mr. Manoj Arora. It was chaired by the Vice Principal, Ms. Padma Srinivasan and coordinated by Ms. Rupa Das, Coordinator, DM.
The meeting was preceded by an awareness drive on Disaster Management through a Nukkad Natak presentation by the school’s Theatre Club members.
