A Guest Speaker Programme was organized for the Think Lab students of Classes VI to VIII on Friday, 25 January 2019. Dr. Aditya Mittal, a Professor of Biology, IIT Delhi, was the keynote speaker. Dr. Mittal did his Phd from Drexel University, Philadelphia, PA, USA and has received the Teaching Excellence Award, IIT Delhi 2015. His other achievements are a Gold medal in Badminton (2008) and Chess (2009).
Dr. Mittal addressed issues relating to creative thinking and giving shape to the ideas. He advised the students about the right techniques of maintaining proper project report. Laying emphasis on the importance of having a clear mind for enhanced creativity and ability to think out of the box, he suggested many interesting activities to keep the mind fresh and active.
This was followed by a question and answer round. The session was very interactive and the students thoroughly enjoyed it.
