A Guest Speaker Programme was organized for the students of Class VII on Thursday, 26 April 2018. Dr. K.B. Shankar, Professor of Neurosurgery at the Safdarjung Hospital, addressed the students and spoke about ‘Teens’ obsession with technology.’
Dr. Shankar spoke to the students about the growing use of technology amongst children and the danger that it possesses. He laid emphasis on the importance of decreasing the usage of electronic gadgets. He also said that as we form a `digital world’, we forget to explore the ‘real world.’
It was a very interactive session and the students participated actively in the discussion.
