A Guest Speaker Programme was organised for the students of Class VII on Friday, 27 July 2018. Dr. Shweta Mathur Lall, a Dentist at the Apollo Hospital, Noida, addressed the students on the topic `Hygiene Consciousness – Body and Mind`.
Dr. Shweta addressed issues relating to personal and mental hygiene. She advised the students about the right techniques of maintaining proper dental hygiene. She laid emphasis on the importance of having a clear mind. She suggested many interesting activities to keep the mind fresh and active.
This was followed by a question and answer round. It was a very interactive session and the students thoroughly enjoyed it.
