The Youth Eco Summit 2025, organised by the Bajaj Foundation, was held across 30+ cities in India, engaging over 15,000 schools in a nationwide movement for environmental sustainability. The summit aimed to empower students to engage, innovate, and lead in creating a greener and more sustainable future.
This one-of-a-kind platform offered students the chance to be at the forefront of climate action, with participation across a variety of impactful categories. Schools and students demonstrating exceptional commitment were honoured with the Youth Eco Awards, celebrating innovation, leadership, and real-world impact.
DPS R.K. Puram proudly participated in key categories including Video/Short Film Making and Eco-Entrepreneurship, earning four prestigious awards for its students’ remarkable contributions. The school also received a Certificate of Participation in recognition of its involvement and commitment to the cause.
Adding to the accolades, Ms. Shelly Malhotra, the Teacher-in-Charge, was conferred with the Youth Educator of the Year Award, recognising her guidance and unwavering dedication to mentoring environmentally conscious leaders of tomorrow.
