Class Presentation XII-V 29-10-2020

Topic- The End is Where We Start From

The blurred dichotomy between endings and beginnings underscored the class presentation: their finality and ubiquity defies definition. The class ruminated on what they mean to them and others amidst celebrations of the birthday of Islamic Prophet Muhammad.

The class presentation commenced with a lovely shloka promising auspiciousness and health sung by Apoorva Agrawal and translated by Tarini Kapooor. The compères, Dhruv Agarwal  and Aryaman Aggarwal, greeted the audience with an introduction to the topic. A soulful prayer, “All things bright and beautiful”, was sung beautifully by Fatima Kashtwari, followed by Ananya Jain’s narration of the thought for the day. Shivali Huria articulated the topic with a reflective speech on  “the end is the beginning”, heralding a poem written and recited by Deboleena Das. A recounting of the history and tale of Eid-e-Milad was presented in a very effective manner by Shivali. The Presentation concluded with a vote of thanks delivered by Pragati Priya Lal. The invitation and compilation of all the audios was taken care of by Pragati. The overall organisation of the class presentation was done by Sukriti Chawla and Tarini Kapoor.
