TOPIC: Peace-A light within chaos
On Tuesday, the 15th of May 2026, the students of classes XII-G and XII-M presented their class assembly on Peace-A light within chaos. The comperes were Shia, Tarushi, Shaswat and Nikhil.
The Assembly commenced with the morning Prayer ‘Achutam keshavam’ sung by Mrinalini, Apoorva, Shaurya,Milind, Tanay, Amit, Adhiraj,Shreyam, Aadit, Aarohi,Soham, Arjun, Keeraz, Akshita, Nikhil, Aditya,Aarav, Kanupriya, Rishima, Umang,Tanishq (Violin), and Jasmeet (Violin).
The latest news updates were reported to the audience by Navyansh, Jishnu, Aditya and Gaurav followed by the ‘Thought for the Day,’ by Arnav Chitle and Manav. Then “Heal the World” by Michael Jackson was presented by the class choir consisting of Shreyam, Aadit, Aarohi,Tanishq (Violin),Apoorva, Mrinalini, Adhiraj, Jasmeet (Violin) and Shreyansh (Drums). The harmony of the song reminded us that even in a choir of different voices, peace was the common chord.
The choir was followed by an Intellectual Banter performed by Tanay,Adhiraj ,Keeraz and Arnav Sakshya where they presented the concept that we did not need a world where we all think alike. That could not be peace—that was an echo chamber. Real peace meant the courage to hold our ground without drawing a line in the sand. The penultimate act was a soulful choral poem recital, titled-PEACE-A LIGHT WITHIN CHAOS by Apoorva, Milind, Mrinalini, Athaarv Vats, Archit, Rishima, Kanupriya, Aarohi, Nikhil and Akshita. The concluding performance was an impassioned group dance By Shia, Siddhani,Kartikeya,Ojas,Tarushi, Keeraz, Yashita, Atharv and Umang which rejuvenated the audience.
The folders, invitation cards and boards were beautifully crafted by Aarohi, Akshita, Avika and Yashita. E – Invite for the class assembly was prepared by Aditya and the digital presentation was put together and presented by Meer, Tarushi and Ojas .The show melodiously came to an end with the playing of the School Anthem, followed by the National Anthem. The class assembly of XII – G and XII – M perfectly encapsulated the essence that true peace belonged to the one who was still within, not the one who chased it outside.
