On Thursday, the 18th of May 2023, the students of classes XII-E and XII-F organized an assembly on “Living Life Senzo Sordino”
“Living life senza sordino” is an Italian phrase that means living life without a mute. In music, a sordino is a device used to muffle or dampen the sound of an instrument, such as a piano. In life, living senza sordino can be seen as living without any inhibitions or reservations, fully embracing one’s emotions and experiences without holding back. Living life senza sordino encourages one to be bold, take risks, and fully immerse oneself in the beauty of life.
The assembly began with a prayer titled “Teri Panaah Mein Hame Rakhna,” which was sung by Krishna Banka, Abhishek Mandal, Eshan Sharma, Dhiren Thakur, Arnav Gupta, Harshal Narsaria, Tanish Gupta, Ananya Das, Priti Shree, Vaibhav Sahni and Abhigyan Gupta. The prayer was followed by a classical dance performance by Tanisha Dutta Gupta, Sannidhi Aggarwal, Meha Jain, Prisha Singhal, Yashasvi, Kritika Verma, Sherin Jasoria, Yuvika Das, and Mana Sharma.
This was followed by the thought for the day by Garv Jhuremalani, Gaurav Mishra and Abhigyan Gupta. The audience were then made aware of the latest happenings in the world by Suyash tripathi, Abhishek Mandal, Aviral Dhingra, Harsh Singh, Ayaan Haq. Next, a skit was performed by Mahi Verma, Kabir Mongia, Soumya Mahandru, Devansh Taneja, Svetlana Neogi, Arav Arora, Yash Dhingra and Vaibhav Sahni. The skit was based on living life with no regrets and following one’s passion, it was an amalgamation of keyboard performance by Vaibhav Sahni, Contemporary Dance by Tanisha Dutta Gupta, Sannidhi Aggarwal, Meha Jain, Prisha Singhal, Riddhi Sharma, Yashasvi, Kritika Verma, Sherin Jasoria, an inspiring self composed poem by Harshit Tankhaa western choir by Arnav Gupta, Abhishek Mandal, Dhiren Thakur, Suyesha Saha, Suyash Tripathi, Krishna Banka, Shaurya Saxena, Mahi Verma, Eshan Sharma,Mana Sharma, Yash Dhingra, Asmit Anand, Ikshwaku, Vaibhav Sahni, Arav Arora, and Ashish Arora. The skit ended with a speech by Apoorva Khadge. The assembly ended on a happy note with an energetic hip hop dance performance by Vinamra Lilaria, Ashmit Anand, Yuvika Das, Sherin Jasoria, Ikshwaku, Mridul Sharma, and Aviral Dhingra. The Board artwork, invitation cards, E-invite, folders, and digitla presentation of the assembly were created by Kritika Verma, Meha Jain, Prisha Singhal, Aviskha, Sanskriti Gautam, Aanya Gupta, Ananya Das, Svetlana Neogi, Priti Shree, Medhashree Saxena, Harshit Tankha, Anushka Gupta, and Laksh Marwa.
The comperes were Ainesh Gupta, Siddhartha Verma, Vibhum Aggarwal and Venya lal.
Finally, the Audio-Visual Hall was filled with the melodious School Anthem followed by singing the National Anthem.
