Topic: No one is You and that is your Power
Amy Bloom said, “You are imperfect, permanently and inevitably flawed. And you are beautiful.”
Class XI R and XI V gave expression to their creative energies to present an assembly on the topic, “No one is You and that is your Power”. The assembly began with a multi-religious prayer followed by a classical kathak dance about Radha and Krishna. The students used the medium of a skit revolving around a child with low self- esteem to get the message across about loving oneself despite imperfections. This was done by incorporating a fusion instrumental piece, enactment of a self-composed poem, the song Titanium as well as the news, thoughts for the day and the speech, within the skit. The assembly ended with a dance performance.
