TOPIC: “LEGACY OF HUMAN INTELLECT AT DPS RKP”
On the morning of 7th November, 2025, students of Classes XI-E and XI-F joined hands to present an assembly on the theme, “सा विद्या या विमुक्तये” (Sa vidya ya vimuktaye – True knowledge is that which liberates), in an effort to inspire fellow students, the future torch-bearers of DPS RKP, to not only focus on the “safe path”, but also pursue their passion.
The assembly began with a soulful prayer, “Achutam Keshavam”, sung by Abhinav, Manish,Gurveer, Kritarth, Kushagra, Skarma, Heiyang, Vandana, Yuvraj, Sakshi,Yashvi, Manaswata, Khushi, Aliya, Aarna, Ojasvi, Aditi and Anaisha. A graceful invocation dance, by Anaswara and Akshainiae, and a thought-provoking shloka by Aaraina and Ananya singh. Ranvir, Gurveer,Kashvi, Kavya relayed the current affairs, followed by Hritvi, Muang, and Laasya quoting the thoughts for the day in their native languages. The two classes then presented a short skit in a relatable classroom environment with brief cameos of a few alumni. The skit was played by Soham, Pranishka, Siddhant, Raghav, Aaryan, Amna, Naitik, Rishit, Tanisha, Aru, Praneet. The skit also included a self-composed English poem by Vandana, followed by an engaging satirical commercial of “The Model Student” presented by Kokila, Akshaj, and D.Takar. Aaraina, Hritvi, Akshaj, Ranvir, Gurveer, Anjali, Kushagra, Heiyang and Anushka sang the song “End of Beginning” followed by a Hindi poem recitation by Kritarth and Proneet. At last, Anushka delivered the final speech and Sanya, Anshika, Heiyang, Yashvi, Mishka, and Aditi performed a lively dance. The final conclusion was done by Mishka.
The compering was done by Aashvi, Ose and Ojasvi. The assembly board was made by Vandana, Anshika, Amvikka and Aru. The invitation and folder for assembly were made by Amvika, Yashvi, Anshika and Vandana.The e-invite by Aashvi, and the digital presentation by Naitik and Abeer. The assembly inspired the hearts of many, leaving the hall with laughter and lessons.
