TOPIC: “PEACE”
The morning assembly on the theme “Not everything needs a reaction-choose Peace” was conducted with great enthusiasm and meaningful participation by the students. The assembly began with Zikra inviting everyone for the morning prayer, sung by Grisha, Mohammad Adyaan, Manav, Akshat, Aaditi, Aditya, Anahita, Anuj, Bansh, Chitrarth, Havish, Hitesh, Rhythm, Rudrakshi, Samia, Shweta, Tamanna, Tanishq, Vamsi, Viraj, followed by Aditri requesting the respected Headmistress, Dr. Anubha Gopal, to lead the prayer. The address by the Headmistress set a thoughtful tone for the day.
The main presentation started with a skit introduced by narrators Kushagra and Rajveer, who highlighted the importance of inner peace. The assembly invoked positivity through a Ganesh Vandana performed by Aditri, Samia, Saatvika and Aanya. The “Thought for the Day” was presented by Raj Arnav, Ritika and Rabiya. The news was read by Riddhi, Manit, Ankit, and Samia.
The skit, narrated further by Aadinath and Rajveer, portrayed a realistic situation of misunderstanding among students—Aaradhya, Hridhan, Arjun and Rhythm—caused by a misinterpreted post. Through guidance from the teacher (played by Zikra), the students realised their mistake and understood that assumptions can disturb peace. The skit concluded with an important message about communication, patience, and understanding. A meaningful poem on peace was recited by Havish, Samar, and Manit, emphasizing that peace is a conscious choice. The performance ended on a positive note with students apologizing and resolving their conflict.
The assembly continued with a melodious choir performed by Grisha, Rudrakshi, Samia, Anahita, Ritika, Mohammad Adyaan and Havish, followed by an energetic dance performance by Saisha, Grisha,Riddhi and Gouri, which expressed emotions of peace through rhythm and movement.
The assembly concluded with a vote of thanks by Zikra and Aditri, who expressed gratitude to the Principal Mr. Anil Kumar, Headmistress Dr. Anubha Gopal, parents, class representative Ms.Rituraj, teachers including Hamid Sir, Leimi Sir and Anamika Ma’am, activity In-charge Ms. Preeti Pratihari, Class Teacher Ms. Surbhi Gupta and AVH support staff for their guidance, support and help.
The program ended with the school anthem and the national anthem, leaving the audience with a strong message that peace begins within and grows through understanding. Folders and invites for the assembly were prepared by Saisha, Grisha and Zikra. Soft board was done by Vamsi, Rudrakshi, Shweta and Ritika. Digital presentation and e-invite was prepared by Ankit, Atharv, Kushagra and Rajveer.
