TOPIC: “CHILDREN: THE TORCHBEARERS OF THE FUTURE”
Children are an asset to the nation. The future of the country depends on the present and future generation. To celebrate the idea of childhood and appreciate and motivate the children the idea of the assembly was developed. India is the country with the largest
number of young population needs motivation and guidance in the right direction. The theme of the assembly tried to do justice to the same idea.
The students of class VII J and VII K came together to celebrate the joy of being children. The class assembly began with a Saraswati Vandana by Shaurya Veer Chhabra, Anirudh Singh, Kiyah Sirohi, Taniya Kumari, Jiya Kaur Grover, Devansh Nokren AO, Arnav Jha, Akshat Sharan, Syaanbir Singh Kalra, Inaya Aggarwal, Vishal, Virain, Yuvraj, Somaya, Shagun, Akshat Karna, Aarav, Aayush Nand, Pranay Sinha, Krishna Kumar, Ridhaan Anand, Suraj Kumar, Shiv Singh, Medhansh Bisht, Abhiraj Sharma, Pushpanjali, Priyanshi, Ayush Lama, Bhuvnesh, Saadyant, Himanshi, and Isha.
The next event was a dance presented by Kiara Adlakha, Sara Jain, Shagun Chandra, Aarja Kaur, Jiya Kaur Grover, Kiyah Sirohi, Inaya Aggarwal, Amyra Jaiswal, Humairah Abdullah, Taniya Kumari, Aanya Sinha, Arishka Gupta, Naisha Mittal, Saima Bhatia, Sanavi Singh, Himanshi, Kavya, Maanvi Kolhi and Pushpanjali Gorangi. This was followed by thoughts of the day presented by Devansh Nokren Ao, Akshat Sharan, Harsh, Pranay Sinha, Saadyaant Kaushal, Ridhaan Anand, and Agastya. Next was the news headlines presented by Anouk Veenashree, Reeshan Yadav, Atharv Sharma, and Vansh Wadhwa.
A skit depicting the importance of hardwork and knowledge was then presented by Kiyah Sirohi, Sara Jain, Tanis Vedansh Sharma, Siddharth Jethani, Aaryan Gaur, Vihaan Kumar and Naman Chauhan. Self composed poem was presented by Janisha Mahajan and Jiya Kaur Grover. The second last event was interesting facts which were presented by Shiven Batra, Siddharth Jethani, Mrinaal Mehta, Amay and Veer.
Lastly the class presented a western song and orchestra performance by Naisha Mittal, Aanya Sinha, Nandini Pathak, Janisha Mahajan, Atharv Sharma, Naman Sethi, Mrinaal Mehta, Amay Sekhri, Ridhaan Anand, Samhit Nagulapalli, Shiven Batra, Akshat Sharan, Aarja Kaur, Shrey Gupta, Shanaya Kapoor, Kiera Singal, Kiyah Sirohi, Devansh Nokren AO, Jiya Kaur Grover, Inaya Aggarwal, Amyra Jaiswal, Kiara Adlakha, Daksh Sharma, Aarna Bhardwaj, Aniruddh Singh and Shaurya Veer Chhabra.
