The Journey to Find Peace
The students of Classes IX-G and IX-H presented a thoughtful and inspiring morning assembly on the theme “Peace and friendship ,a celebration of humanity’”. The programme highlighted the importance of inner peace, compassion, gratitude, and harmony in our daily lives. The assembly commenced with the soulful prayer “Achyutam keshavam.” The prayer was beautifully presented by Aayush Nanad, Anse Kumar, Arpita, Aryan, Devansh, Gaurish, Harishit, Jai Singh, Krishna, Natik, Prashant, Rishab, Aaditya, Aanchal, Adamya, Advika, Arham, Arjun, Azhaan, Devarsh, Maanvik, Mahi, Saneesh, Shiven, Veer, Vivaan, Yusuf, Ahana, Nirmaan, Ashita, Amaira, Chhavi, Aaradhy, creating a serene and devotional atmosphere.
The Thought for the Day was shared by Saksham, Rujul, Ketan Sagwan, Rishi inspiring everyone to cultivate peace within themselves. The News Headlines were confidently presented by Nirmaan, Aadya, Rajveer singh , Ayush Lama keeping the audience informed about current events. The cultural programme featured a graceful Classical Dance by G.Josheka and a Western Song by Ahana, Nirmaan, Ashita, Samaira, Amaira, Chhavi, Aaradhy, Mirah, Bhuvnesh, Palaksha Tiwari.
An energetic Western Dance by Siyona, Shanaya, Akshita, Anika, Anushka Bisht, Shriya Mishra, Sneha, Somaya Pandey, Taniya Kumari, Vaishnavi added vibrancy to the assembly. The thought-provoking skit performed beautifully by Ashman, Aarav Tripathi, Vivaan Kumar, Yesha Gaur, Sanidhya, Anya Nirmaan, Sneha, Deepraj Bhagat conveyed the message that true peace comes through understanding, empathy, and kindness. The poetry recitation of Reedan Khan & Yuvraj further reinforced the theme.
The programme was anchored by the student comperes Samaira Shah, Mirah Laija, Shanaya Arora, Yesha Gaur, Palaksha Tiwari.The attractive decorations, creative invitation cards, digital presentation, and well-written script by Amaira, Sanidhya, Samaira, Mirah, Aashi, Krishaang, Manvier, Shriya Mishra , Himanshi, Taniya Kumari, Sneha & Dhanishka reflected the dedication and teamwork of all the students involved. The assembly concluded with a heartfelt message that peace is a journey that begins within each one of us and spreads through love, understanding, and compassion.
