TOPIC: “PEACE”
The students of Classes IX-I and IX-J presented a combined morning assembly on the theme “Independence from the Fears Within.” The programme encouraged the audience to reflect on the importance of overcoming fear, self-doubt, comparison, and hesitation, emphasising that true freedom began with inner courage. The assembly was compered by Saima, Arishka, and Anika Garodia, who conducted the programme with confidence. It commenced with the morning prayer, led by our Headmistress, Dr. Anubha Gopal. The prayer was presented by Divit, Rayaan, Saranya, Aaradhya, Saanvi Srivastava, Yuvaan, Mayra, Ibrahim, Mrinaal, Naisha, Aarush, Alvira, Amyrah, Arham, Harsimar, Hunar, Jaskabir, Rudra, and Samaira. The devotional segment also featured a soulful Ganesh Vandana by Anaisha, followed by a graceful classical dance by Shanaya Aggarwal.
The Thought for the Day was presented by Agastya, Anayaa, and Aanya, while the news bulletin was presented by Reeshan, Ridit, Adhiraaj, and Veer, keeping the audience informed about current affairs. The theme was brought to life through a powerful street play performed by Darsh, Vihaan, Nandini, Leonit, Sarakshi, Ashvi, Aaryan, Naman Chauhan, Aanya, Aarna, Abraham, Adhishree, Anika Chaudhary, Arunoday, and Naira Naqshbandi, whose performance conveyed the importance of overcoming inner fears with courage and self-belief.
The cultural segment featured a melodious group song by Aaradhya, Aanya Sinha, Saanvi Srivastava, Rayaan, Vanhi, Naman Sethi, Aaradhya, Agastya, Aaratrika, Harleen, Hunar, Indira, Jyoung, Samaira, and Shanaya Aggarwal. A vibrant group dance was presented by Janisha, Aanya Dang, Aanya Sinha, Taarya, Varnikaa, Amaira Sethi, Anika Gupta, Naira Mahajan, and Meher.
The digital presentation was prepared by Manvik, while Nandini and Sanidhya Tejas Pandey managed the audio editing and presentation support. Viraj, Reeshan, and Nandini designed the folders and invitations, while Khanak, Hunar, Naira Naqshbandi, Poojita, Samaira, Shanaya Aggarwal, Viraaj, Anika Chaudhary, Gaurvika, and Veera Kaushik prepared the soft boards. The assembly concluded with an inspiring address by the Headmistress, who encouraged the students to face challenges fearlessly, believe in themselves, and strive for excellence.
