Apeejay School, Saket, hosted ARCANE MUN’26 on 31 July and 1 August 2026. The conference served as a platform for young minds to discuss pressing global challenges and develop their diplomacy, leadership, and critical thinking skills. A delegation of fourteen students from Delhi Public School, R.K. Puram participated in the event and delivered an outstanding performance.
Six students received top individual honours in their respective categories. Achintya Rao (XI U) in UNGA-DISEC, Harshita Dulari Kashyap (XI S) in UNOOSA, and Angel Agarwal (XI W) in INTERPOL were awarded the Best Delegate title along with a cash prize of ₹2,000 each. In the International Press, Vihaan Gupta (XI J) won Best Photographer, Sanvi Sharma (XI T) won Best Caricaturist, and Vedant Yuvraj Singh (XI H) won Best Journalist. All three were also presented with the Best Delegate award and a cash prize of ₹2,000 each.
Several other delegates were recognised for their commendable performances. Sasha Sara Abraham (XI U) in UNOOSA, Adit Tiwari (X G) in INTERPOL, Jagarlamudi Mukesh (XI V) in UNEP, and Shaurya Dabas (X C) in the IMF earned Special Mentions. Additionally, Yathartha Thakur (XI V) received a Verbal Mention for his performance in the UNODC.
The exceptional achievements of the delegation reflect the students’ dedication, critical thinking, and diplomatic acumen. Delhi Public School, R.K. Puram was adjudged the Best School Delegation and emerged as the overall winner of the conference, bringing great pride and honour to the school.
