A health and fitness initiative was organised on 8 March 2024 in the Assembly Grounds by Ms Sapna Gupta, Fitness trainer,with the aim of promoting general health awareness and encouraging regular physical activity. The activities comprised of light exercises such as brisk walking, stretching, and light aerobics, designed to accommodate individuals of all fitness levels. Emphasis was placed on the importance of regular exercise for overall well-being, with faculty members actively participating. The event successfully fostered a sense of community and support for health initiatives on campus, highlighting the significance of prioritizing wellness for all faculty members.
