Delhi Public School, R.K.Puram took part in the prestigious Annual Sanskrit Geeta Chanting Competition held at Shankaracharya Sanskrit Mahavidyalaya, Bhartiya Vidya Bhawan, New Delhi on Monday, 17 December 2018. A total of 40 participants from 10 schools of Delhi NCR took part in the mega event.
DPS R K Puram was represented by: Adya Shrivastav VII I, Shriya Sheshadri VII I, Tejas Sajwan X H, and Medha Chandra X H.
Adya Shrivastav was awarded the 1st prize(Cash Prize of Rs 1100) , Shriya Sheshadri was awarded the 3rd prize (Cash Prize of Rs 800), Tejas Sajwan got the Consolation prize(Cash Prize of Rs300) and Medha Chandra got the Protsahan Award(Cash Prize of Rs 200).
Delhi Public School R K Puram won the Running Trophy in the event.
